苦柏汤熏洗坐浴应用于混合痔术后的效果观察

Efficacy of Kubai Tang for Fuming ＆ Wash Sitz Bath Following the Operation for Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察混合痔术后应用苦柏汤熏洗坐浴的临床疗效，将160例行手术治疗的混合痔患者随机分成观察组和对照组，各80例，观察组术后应用苦柏汤熏洗坐浴，对照组应用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴，比较两组患者总体疗效、创面愈合时间、术后创面疼痛及水肿消失时间。结果显示，两组总体疗效比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但观察组术后创面疼痛、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后应用苦柏汤熏洗坐浴可减轻患者疼痛、水肿，促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate and analysed the clinical effect of Kubai Tang （a decoction of Chi- nese herb） used after the operation for mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 160 patients with mixed hemorrhoids to be subjected to surgery into observation group and control group, n = 80, for each;after opera- tion gave Kubai Tang for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath to observation group, while to control group 1 ：5000 PP solution for doing so;then,the whole effects,and the time for wound-surface healing,for pain,and ede- ma disappearing of both groups were compared each other.As results,in whole effect there was no statisti- cal difference between both groups（ P〉0.05） ,but in the time for above three items observation group was all significantly shorter than control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that after mixed hemorrhoids surgery Kubai Tang for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath can reduce patient＇s pain,edema of anus,promote wound-surface healing.
