摘要
利用苯丙乳液、丁苯乳液和VAE乳液对防水砂浆进行改性,研究其力学性能和抗渗性能上的差异,得出:苯丙乳液和VAE乳液均可用来制备聚合物水泥防水砂浆;丁苯乳液虽提高了砂浆的抗折、抗压强度,但抗渗压力不满足JC/T984—2011标准,不可用来制备防水砂浆产品。
Have the waterproof mortar modified by styrene.acrylic emulsion, butylbenzene emulsion and VAE emulsion, and study the differences of their mechanical property and impermeability. The conclusion is both styrene-acrylic emulsion and VAE emulsion can be used for the production of polymer cement waterproof mortar; although the butylbenzene emulsion improves the anti-fracturing and compressive strength of the mortar, the impermeability cannot meet the standard of JC/T 984-2011, so it is not suitable for the production of waterproof mortar products.
