摘要
为探讨4株鸽源Ⅰ型副黏病毒(pigeon paramyxovirus type1,PPMV-1)分离株的遗传起源和基因Ⅵ型PPMV-1全基因组氨基酸序列特征性的变化,对江苏省2007—2008年临床发病鸽中分离鉴定出的4株新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus,NDV)进行全基因组序列分析比对。结果表明,分离的4株PPMV-1分离株均属于Ⅵb型,且与欧洲流行株EU/re亚型遗传距离最近,而与中国流行株遗传距离较远;氨基酸序列分析发现,在核衣壳蛋白(NP)、磷蛋白(P)、血凝素-神经氨酸酶蛋白(HN)、大分子蛋白(L)中分别有1个基因Ⅵ型PPMV-1序列特征的氨基酸突变。
In order to investigate genetic ancestry and amino acids characteristic changes of four pigeon paramyxovirus type I ( PPMV-1 ) isolates of genotype Ⅵ PPMV-1 genome sequence, full-length genome sequences of four Newcastle disease virus( NDV) strains isolated from pigeons between 2007 and 2008 in Jiangsu province were determined.Our results showed that all these four isolates, according to the phylogenetic tree, belonged to the genotype Ⅵb. In addition, the four isolates were more related to European strains in subgroup EU/re than to Chinese strains isolated. Predicted amino acid sequences analysis among these strains, along with many reference sequences of NDV in GenBank, revealed that there was an unique mutation of amino acid for NDV strains of genotype Ⅵ of pigeons in nucleocapsid protein( NP ) , phosphoprotein ( P ) , haemagglutinin-neuraminidase ( HN ) protein and large protein ( L ) , respectively.
