聚酯纤维上丙烯酰胺接枝性能及其对铜离子吸附性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了等离子体预处理对聚酯吸湿性能的影响,并探讨了聚酯吸湿性对丙烯酰胺接枝率及丙烯酰胺接枝率与Cu2+吸附性能之间的关系,最后优化出有利于Cu2+吸附的聚酯等离子体预处理条件及丙烯酰胺接枝反应条件.结果表明,等离子体预处理优化工艺有利于提高聚酯材料的吸湿性,并提高丙烯酰胺在聚酯上的接枝率;较高丙烯酰胺接枝率的聚酯更有利于吸附溶液中的Cu2+. The effect of plasma pretreatment on hygroscopicity of polyester was discussed, and the relationship between polyester hygroscopicity, the grafting rate of acrylamide, acrylamide grafting rate of polyester and the Cu^2+ adsorption performance were also investigated. Finally, the beneficial conditions for the Cu^2+ adsorption of polyester plasma pretreatment and acrylamide grafting process were optimized. The results indicated that the plasma pretreatment was helpful for improving the hygroscopic property of polyester material and improving the grafting yield of acrylamide on polyester. Higher grafting yield of acrylamide grafted polyester was more helpful to the adsorption of Cu^2+ in the solution.
