摘要
通过对海藻酸钠糊料进行改性,研究了海藻酸钠改性的最佳工艺条件并进行了理化性能测试,得出制备改性海藻酸钠的最佳工艺为:海藻酸钠原糊100 g,环氧氯丙烷用量5%,p H为10,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为1.5 h。
The optimum conditions of sodium alginate modification were obtained through modifying sodium alginate paste, and the physicochemical properties were tested. The optimum conditions of modified sodium alginate preparation were 100 g raw sodium alginate paste and 5%epichlorohydrin reacting at 50℃for 1.5 h under pH 10.
