摘要 为了实现热量抄表系统中数据采集和发送的无线传输,设计了一款基于3G网络的新型无线热量抄表系统。该设计以3G网作为支撑网络,结合Si4432模块,不仅实现了抄表系统的完全无线化,而且解决了当前无线热量抄表系统中无线模块传输距离短、穿透能力差等问题。给出了Si4432模块传输系统和3G网络传输系统的传输原理和电路设计原理图。通过实际测试表明,数据能及时、准确地发送和接收,整个系统具有功耗低、通信距离远、通信误码率低和穿墙能力强等优点。 In order to realize the wireless transmission of data acquisition and transmit in heat meter reading system, the new type of wireless heat meter reading system based on 3G network has been designed. With the 3G network as the supporting network, and combining with Si4432 module, the design realizes complete wireless meter reading system, and the problems of short transmission distance and weak capability of wall penetration existing in current wireless heat meter reading system are solved. The transmission principles of Si4432 module transmission system and 3G network transmission system, and the schematic diagram of circuit design are given. The practical test shows that the data can be transmitted and received on time and accurately, the entire system features low power consumption, long communication distance and low bit error rate of communication as well as strong capability of wall penetration.
