摘要
针对矿井采煤现场瓦斯浓度难以精确测量的问题,提出了一种基于WSN的智能瓦斯浓度监测方法。现场监测仪采用催化燃烧的惠斯顿电桥法测定,电桥测量值通过分段非线性矫正准确反映了瓦斯浓度。监测仪一方面监测显示瓦斯浓度,达到预警值时报警;另一方面通过无线传感网络向基站传送数据,无线通信协议采用LEACH协议。试验结果表明,该系统平衡了各测量节点的能耗,延长了无线网络的有效寿命。
To solve the difficulty of precisely measure the gas concentration in coalmine site, the intelligent monitoring method based on WSN for gas concentration is proposed. The field monitor adopts Wheatstone bridge method to measure gas concentration in catalytic combustion, through piecewise nonlinear correction, the measured value of the bridge may more accurately reflects the gas concentration. The monitor detects and displays the gas concentration for timely warning and alarming, in addition, the data are transmitted to base station through wireless sensor network using LEACH wireless communication protocol. The experimental results indicate that the system balances the energy consumption of each measurement node, and prolongs the effective life cycle of the wireless network.
