Based on the moral system adaptive to establishing socialism market economy , the paper explains the relations between the moral charaters such as class and society, time and tradition, profession and commonality, advance and universality, 'morals governing' and legal system . It is the significant direction for people's practical activity to understand the several academic relations all - sidedly, reasonably, multi-levelely in the ethics self-construction.
