摘要
加入HDPE-g-MAH、CG-8831和KH-550制备HDPE/木粉改性复合材料。研究其长效吸水性,发现吸水率随时间延长先快速增加,浸水35 d后缓慢增至平衡,HDPE-g-MAH改性效果最好,其饱和吸水率仅为1.503%。利用Fick第二扩散定律拟合吸水动力学曲线,得扩散系数D的顺序:HDPE-g-MAH增容HDPE/木粉复合材料>HDPE/木粉复合材料>KH-550改性HDPE/木粉复合材料>CG-8831改性HDPE/木粉复合材料。并证明该吸水过程符合Fick第二扩散定律,相关系数R2值达0.99以上。HDPE/木粉改性复合材料尺寸变化系数CD>CW>CT。
This paper investigated the interfacial modified effects of wood flour with N-octyl triethoxy silanecoupling agents,aminopropyl triethoxy silane coupling agents and compatibilizer(HDPE-g-MAH) respectively on water adsorption properties of resulting wood flour/high density polyethylene(HDPE) composites.Adsorption law was systematically studied during the constant temperature water bath.Results indicated water adsorption of WPC increased rapidly within immersion time of the first 35 d,then increased slowly until dynamic equilibrium.Effects of compatibilizer(HDPE-g-MAH)on water absorption was the best,which had saturated absorption of only 1.503%.Adsorption kinetics curves fitting based on Fick's second law,the sequence of diffusion coefficient showed that wood flour/HDPE composites(HDPE-gMAH used as interfacial modifier) was the best,next with wood flour/HDPE composites and wood flour/HDPE composites(KH-550 used),the least was wood flour/HDPE composites(CG-8831 uesd).The water absorption behavior could be well described by Fick's second law,and correlation coefficients of R2 was more than 0.99.Dimension of WPC had the order of CD> CW> CT.
