摘要
论述了影响新老混凝土粘结面粘结强度的因素,以新型磷铝酸盐水泥(PALC)砂浆为修补材料,研究了它与传统硅酸盐水泥(PC)之间的修复性能,通过半边修补和中间修补两种修补方式,测定粘接界面的抗折强度,对抗折界面情况进行比较分析,借助扫描电镜和元素线分析测试,分析了粘接界面区的粘接机理。实验结果表明,以磷铝酸盐水泥为修补材料的界面粘结强度明显高于以传统硅酸盐水泥为修补材料的界面粘结强度,尤其是在修补早期,磷铝酸盐的这种性能更是优越。通过扫描电镜和元素线扫描分析发现,"PALC-POC"界面区域元素含量的变化是连续的,认为界面区域是两侧元素相互扩散进入对方基体,"磷-硅"界面处可能存在化学结合。
This paper studied the properties of repair materials and influence factors of adherence of new and old concrete bond strength. The repair material was phosphoaluminate cement. Properties of the repair between phosphoaluminate cement mortar and portlandcement mortarwere investigated. Through the half repair and middle repair methods,the flexure strength of bonding interface was determined,and the bonding interface was analysed. By means of SEM-EDS,a preliminary bonding mechanism of bonding interface zone was proposed. The test results show that: the interface bond strength of the phosphoaluminate cement as repair materials was significantly higher than that with traditional portland cement as repair material,especially in the earlyages,it was found that: the changes in the regional elements in the interface'PALC-POC'was a continuous. The elements may enter each other side on the interface region of portland and phosphoaluminatecement. There may be a chemical combination in the 'P-Si'bonding interface.
