摘要
采用水热合成法制备出TiO2/ZnO 复合材料,通过XRD、SEM 和EDX 对所制备粉体颗粒的物相组成以及微观形貌进行了表征,并通过抑菌环试验和菌液接触试验测试了TiO2/ZnO 复合材料的抗菌性能.结果表明,制备出的TiO2/ZnO 复合材料的晶相组成为锐钛矿相、金红石相和六方纤锌矿相,其表面存在细小的片状结构.TiO2/ZnO 复合材料的压片在可见光照射条件下能够对大肠杆菌产生直径22mm 的抑菌环,菌液接触试验2h后除菌率即达96.4%,4h后除菌率高达99.9%以上.可见光照射有利于提高TiO2/ZnO 复合材料的初期除菌率.在4-30 ℃范围内,较高温度对TiO2/ZnO 复合材料抗菌性能有促进作用.
TiO2/ZnO composite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure and morphology of the TiO2/ZnO composite were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDX method. The antibacterial activity of the TiO2/ZnO composite was performed by the bacterial inhibition ring test and bacterial suspensions exposure test,respectively. The results showed that the TiO2/ZnO composite was composed of anatase,rutile and hexagonal wurtzite. There was a large amount of tiny lamellar structure on the surface of composite. Under visible light irradiation,TiO2/ZnO composite tablt could produce 22 mm inhibition zone diameter to Escherichia coli. Exposure to bacteria suspensions,inactivation rate could achieve 96. 4% in 2 h and more than 99. 99% in 4 h by TiO2/ZnO composite. Visible light irradiation could improve inactivation rate during the early period of TiO2/ZnO composite exposure to bacteria solution. In the range from 4to 30 ℃,higher temperature could promote the antibacterial activity of TiO2/ZnO composite.
