摘要 目的:通过研究外源性抗氧化剂的补充对运动性疲劳的影响,得出外源性抗氧化剂补充量与运动型疲劳抑制的关系模型,指导训练康复治疗。方法:构建外源性抗氧化剂对运动性疲劳影响的数学关系模型,通过外源性抗氧化剂的补充,分析对过度训练导致运动性疲劳病理观察情况。运动员进行运动性疲劳训练中的外源性抗氧化剂补充统计值,通过分析运动性疲劳承受肌免疫细胞的刊过氧化酶SOD和CAT活性以及生理盐水等指标,进行差异性统计,构建统计模型,观测其差异性特征。结果:通过外源性抗氧化剂补充,计算运动性疲劳抑制指数,能有效对过度运动训练损伤导致的运动性疲劳等并发症实现诊疗。采用该关系模型,肺动脉收缩压有82.6 mm Hg改善为92.0 mm Hg,肺动脉舒张压有44.9 mm Hg改善为50.3 mm Hg,展示了较好的性能。结论:外源性抗氧化剂的补充对运动性疲劳的影响关系模型定量分析准确,通过外源性抗氧化剂补充能有效对运动性疲劳进行抑制治疗,效果较好。 Objective:Through the research of exogenous antioxidants supplementation on exercise-induced fatigue effect, obtains the exogenous antioxidant supplement relation model and Sport inhibiting amount of fatigue, directing the training of rehabilitation therapy. Method: The mathematical relationship model construction effect of exogenous antioxidants on exercise-induced fatigue, the supplementation of exogenous antioxidants, analysis of excessive training leads to exercise fa?tigue and pathological observation conditions. PEO chain segments on the PPO chain segment Ya Jiaji hydrogen, Pluronic Ya Jiaji on the hydrogen, and by analyzing the motion fatigue under muscle immune cells SOD and CAT proceedings of per?oxidase activity and physiological saline and other indicators of poor specific statistics, build statistical model, observation the difference features. Results:The supplement with exogenous antioxidants, inhibition index calculation of exercise-in?duced fatigue, can be effective to cause excessive exercise injury in Sports Fatigue Diagnosis and treatment of complica?tions of implementation. The relationship model of pulmonary artery systolic pressure of 82.6 mmHg improvement is 92 mmHg, the pulmonary artery diastolic pressure of 44.9 mmHg improvement of 50.3 mmHg, showing good performance. Conclusion:The supplement of exogenous antioxidants in exercise fatigue analysis of the relationship between the model of quantitative accuracy, by exogenous antioxidant supplementation on exercise-induced fatigue can effective suppression therapy, the effect is better.
