摘要
在多层住宅建筑规划中,对地下空间结构的合理开发利用,提高建筑体的保温隔热性能。研究和设计一种多层集群建筑的地下空间结构的保温隔热设计方案,对建筑结构的结构振型质量系数和单体建筑集中质量剪切模型进行定量分析,以提高建筑结构的抗震隔热保温能力,设计多层集群建筑地下空间的保温承重混凝土设计配比模型,在不考虑任何装饰装修复合保温效果的情况下,实现高性能、高功能与环境协调性的协调统一。试验结果表明,该建筑设计方案能有效提高了地下空间结构的保温隔热性能,能在相同的室外温度下,提高室内温度14%,建筑设计性能优越。
In the multi-storey residential construction planning, rational development and utilization of underground space structure, improve the insulation performance of building body. Design of thermal insulation of underground space structure research and design of a multi cluster architecture, structure mode quality factor on the building structure and the single building lumped mass shear model for quantitative analysis, in order to improve the earthquake resistance and thermal insu?lation building structure heat preservation ability, selection of reasonable accuracy of the impedance function will directly determine the test results and the accuracy of construction, the coordination and unification of coordination of high function and environment. The test results show that the design scheme, construction, can effectively improve the thermal insulation performance of underground structure, can in the outdoor temperature, can improve the indoor temperature of 14%, archi?tectural design and superior performance.
