摘要
本文立足于当今质量管理实践发展的新趋势、新特征,以市场对质量管理人才的需求为导向,探索《质量管理统计》教学改革的规律与实践。教改研究及实践表明,应构建复合型知识体系,并使教学内容的创新以动态化、案例式、实践型、互动式等教学手段传授,通过教学内容与形式的双重改革,培养集理论性与实践性于一体的新型质量管理人才。
This paper aims to study the principles and practices of teaching reform for the course of Quality Management Statistics (QMS), based on the new trends and feature in present quality management practice, and oriented towards the market demand for professionals. It is found that a compound knowledge system needs to be established and imparted via various teaching methods featured by dynamic case-study, practicing skills training and interaction. The dual reform in both teaching contents and methods for QMS will help to foster theoretical and practical professionals in the field of quality management.
