我国创新驱动战略的实施,海南国际旅游岛以及热带现代农业和南繁制种基地的建设,既对海南农业产业结构的调整和升级提出了更高要求,也为海南农业产业的创新发展带来了新的机遇。据此,分析了海南特色农业资源的优势及海南农业产业发展的现状,着重探讨了海南特色农业产业创新发展的路径,即开拓与构建具有海南特色的"品牌农业"、"休闲农业"、"设施农业"、"绿色农业"、"生态农业"、"创意农业"、"民族农业"和"育种农业",特别是构建以海南特色农业产业为核心并与现代旅游、餐饮、医药、园林、建筑、仓储、物流等产业相交织的产业集群网络。

Implementation of innovation- driven strategy, as well as the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island with tropical modern agricultural and southern seed production base, not only put a higher demand on Hainan agricultural structure adjustment and upgrading, but also bring new opportunities for the innovation and development of the agricultural industry in Hainan. Accordingly, the article analyzed the advantages of the characteristics agricultural resources and the current situation of agricultural industry development in Hainan, focused on the path of innovation and development of Hainan characteristics agriculture industry, which to develop and build Hainan unique "brand agriculture","leisure agriculture","agricultural facilities","green agriculture","ecological agriculture","creative agriculture","national agriculture"and"breeding agriculture", especially to build the network of industrial clusters which Hainan characteristic agriculture industry as the core, and intertwined with modern tourism, catering, medicine, gardens, construction, warehousing, logistics and other industries.
