Q-Switched 532nm Laser for Facial Freckles

目的探讨Q开关532nYfl激光治疗面部雀斑的临床疗效。方法对102例患者应用Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗仪，波长为532nm，能量密度为1．8～3．0J·cm^-2。结果102例患者均经1～3次Q开关Nd：YAG532nm激光治疗，其中治疗1次有效率为73．52％，治疗2次有效率为78．57％，治疗3次有效率为84．37％，治愈率为81．37％，总有效率为95．10％。患者治疗时局部均有轻度的灼痛感，并有轻微红肿，经冷敷20～30min后肿胀消失，24h后红斑消失，脱落结痂1周左右。5例患者治疗后出现色素沉着，1个月后无明显消退，经维生素C和维生素E片治疗4个月后消退。所有患者无感染及瘢痕发生，无色素脱失。结论Q开关532nm激光治疗面部雀斑安全有效，不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Q-switched 532 nm laser in the treatment of facial freckles.Methods A total of 102 patients with facial freckles were trea-ted with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at wavelength of 532 nm and energy density of 1.8-3.0 J· cm-2 .Results Patients underwent Q-switched Nd:YAG 532 nm laser treatment 1-3 times.The 1-time,2-time and 3-time response rates were 73.52%,78.57% and 84.37%,respectively.The cure rate and total response rate were 81.37% and 95.10%,respectively.During treatment,pa-tients had slight burning sensation with redness and swelling.However,swelling disappeared af-ter cold compress for 20-30 minutes,erythema disappeared after 24 hours,and scabs fell off after 1 week.The hyperpigmentation occurred after treatment in 5 patients and did not disappear after 1 month.However,hyperpigmentation disappeared after treatment with vitamin C and vitamin E tablets for 4 months.No infection,scar and depigmentation occurred in all patients.Conclusion Q-switched 532 nm laser is safe and effective for facial freckles with few adverse reactions.
