摘要
目的探讨招收飞行学员远视力标准降至0.8后,视力合格学生的屈光状态。方法2012年3月2013年3月参检学生290名,按照每只眼的远视力分组,视力0.8~0.9分为A组、1.0~2.0分为B组,2组学生散瞳后接受检影验光,观察其屈光状态。结果A组90.47%的参检学生眼屈光度在体检标准合格范围内,B组90.77%的参检学生眼屈光度在体检标准合格范围内,2组比较差异无统汁学意义(P〉O.05)。结论招收飞行学员远视力标准降至0.8后,眼屈光度在体检标准合格范围内,合格人数大幅增加,满足了招飞需求。
Objective To analysis the refractive status of naval aviator applicants after the distant vision standard decreased to 0.8.Methods The data included distant visual acuity and mydriasis retinoscopy of 290 naval aviator applicants participating in physical examination from March2012 to March 2013.The data was divided into 2 groups,the eyes whose distant visual acuity from0.8 to 0.9 were assigned into group A,those distant visual acuity from 1.0 to 2.0 into group B.Results The qualified refractive state level in group A was 90.47%,while the level in group B was90.77%.The differences between two groups didn't show statistical significance.Conclusion With distant vision standard for naval aviator applicants being decreased to 0.8,diopter in the physical examination standard range,more applicants became qualified,which may overall improve the cultural quality of the naval aviators,and meet the need of flight duty in modern Navy.
