婴幼儿面部血管瘤发病机制的研究进展

The research progress of the pathogenesis in infantile hemangioma

面部血管瘤是婴幼儿最常见的良性肿瘤之一。该肿瘤具有自行消退的特点,但少数肿瘤由于生长迅速或位于重要器官,压迫周围组织,可引起严重的畸形和功能障碍,甚至威胁生命,必须采取积极的治疗措施。迄今为止由于婴幼儿血管瘤的发病机制尚不十分清楚,尚无一种方法治疗所有类型的血管瘤。作者参考了国内外相关文献和研究进展,对当前血管瘤发病机制的各类学说进行综述。

Hemangiomas are the most common benign vascular tumors of infancy and childhood.As hemangioma could regress spontaneously,it generally do not require treatment unless proliferation interferes with normal function or gives rise to risk of serious malformation and complications unable to resolve without treatment.So far due to the pathogenesis of hemangioma of the infancy and childhood is not very clear,there is no a way to treat all types of hemangioma.This review is on the reference and research progress of the related literature at home and abroad to summarize the current research progress of the pathogenesis of hemangioma.
