摘要
化学中和池废水排放p H值控制存在的非线性特征和时滞性特征以及时常发生"过调"现象,造成酸、碱中和剂大量浪费,甚至导致排水p H值超标的实际生产情况,通过分析、论述,提出了处理中和池废水p H值控制的三种方案,并通过试验最终确定了最佳的处理中和池废水的方式。
Nonlinearity and time-delay characteristics exist and “overshoot”phenomenon often occurs in the pH control of wastewater discharge of the chemical neutralization tank, causing big waste of acid and alkali neutralization agents and even resulting in out-of-limits pH value in actual wastewater discharge. Based on analysis and discussion, three pH control schemes for neutralization pond wastewater were put forward and through experiment the best treatment mode for wastewater in neutralization tank was finally determined.
