摘要
在新形势下,做好企业劳动争议调解工作,既是贯彻落实中央指示精神的具体体现,是工会创建和谐劳动关系的客观要求,也是工会履行职责的内在需要。工会在企业劳动争议调处中要切实发挥不可代替的重要作用:一是要切实搞好劳动争议调解组织建设,即明确工作职责、完善工作制度、规范调解程序。二是要建立完善劳动争议的预警机制,即畅通信息渠道、掌握思想动态、强化源头参与。
In new situations, much effort should be made for mediating labor disputes in enterprises, which is a concrete embodiment of implementing the central instruction, an objective requirement of building a harmonious labor relationship and an intrinsic necessity of performing duties by labor unions. In order to realize the effective and irreplaceable role of labor unions in mediating labor disputes in enterprises, measures must be adopted as follows: first, we must practically strengthen the organizational construction for effectively mediating labor disputes, which involves clarifying job duties, improving working systems and regulating mediating procedures; second, we must build and perfect the pre-warning mechanism of labor disputes, which indicates accessing to information smoothly, knowing about ideological trends and strengthening participation from the beginning.
