近十年来的“中央一号文件”与农业发展

"Central No. 1 Files" in Past 10 Years and Agricultural Development

自2004年以来,中共中央连续发布了十个关于"三农"问题的中央一号文件,文件中连续推出的强农惠农政策促使农业在这十年间得到了大力的发展,农业的基础地位进一步夯实。对连续出台的"中央一号文件"中关系到农业发展的政策进行梳理与总结,包括逐步增加农业补贴,实行强农惠农政策;农业基础设施不断完善;农业基础地位不断加强,农业产量持续增加;强化农业科技支撑和社会化服务;逐年加强耕地保护制度。这几方面保证了农业发展的持续性。

Since 2004, the central government has issued 10 'Central No. 1 Files' concerning the problems existing in China's agriculture. In those files, there are some policies that favor the farmers in promoting the rapid development of agriculture in China. By an analysis of the files, it is discovered that the agricultural development of China benefits a lot from the policies in those files, such as the gradual increase of agricultural subsidies, improved infrastructural construction, determination of fundamental status of agriculture, enhanced support to agriculture, protection of cultivated land, etc.
