摘要
增设超细颗粒团聚装置是降低火电厂PM2.5排放的有效措施。在湍流凝聚实验中,给料的均匀性对PM2.5团聚影响很大,运用数值方法,采用k-ε模型计算湍流流场和DPM模型计算颗粒运动轨迹,分析了PM2.5团聚中试实验台扰流钝体不同布置位置时流场参数及颗粒分布的均匀性,发现钝体布置在偏离中心线以上80mm时,具有较好的扰流掺混效果。
The increasing of aggregate equipment of extra fine particulates is the effective measures to reduce PM2.5emission in power plant. In the experiment of turbulent flow agglomeration, the uniformity of feed charge will cause a greatimpact on PM2.5 aggregate. By using numerical value method and adopting k-ε model, the paper calculates the flow field ofturbulent flow and by adopting DPM model, the paper calculates the track of particulate movement. The paper analyzes theflow field parameter and the uniformity of particulate distribution in the different collocation position of spoiling flow and bluntbody of the primary production test of PM2.5 aggregate and finds out when the blunt body collocation departs at 80mm, it has abetter spoiling flow and blending result.
