公安院校德育课程特色体系的构建——以招录培养体制改革为背景

On the Construction of Moral Education Curriculum System in Police Colleges:Taking the Reform of Recruiting and Training System as the Background

招录培养体制改革的目标是培养公安实战型人才,这为公安院校的德育课教学改革提供了理论依据。通过阐明招录培养体制下德育课程改革的必要性,分析公安院校德育课的现状并对存在问题进行探析,提出德育课程的特色体系构建模式,为各试点院校的德育课教学提供借鉴。

The goal of the reform of recruiting and training system is to cultivate practical talents for public security,which provides a theoretical basis for the reform of moral education in public security colleges. This paper expounds the necessity of the reform of recruiting and training of moral education curriculum system,analyzes the current situation of moral education in public security colleges and dis？cusses the existing problems,and then puts forward the construction model of moral education curriculum with characteristics system,pro-viding some references for the teaching of moral education in the pilot colleges.
