基于文化导向的历史文化街区发展策略研究——以西安回民街历史文化街区为例

目前历史文化街区的保护已经得到了国内外的高度重视,但很多国家对街区历史文化内涵、文化价值的挖掘与文化记忆的持续保存仍缺乏有效途径。本文以历史文化名城西安的著名历史文化街区回民街为例,探讨在保护历史文化街区的大浪潮背景下,用历史文化街区的价值以及保护原则来分析回民街历史文化街区的优势与问题,从而论述如何以文化为导向作为下一步发展的策略。具体而言,就是坚持文化的可持续发展原则;打造餐饮文化品牌,提高服务质量;按照文化内涵来划分旅游资源,打造街区主题文化旅游路线;坚持文化价值、商业价值共赢原则。

This paper, taking the Hui People Street in Xi＇an as an example, makes research into thehistoriacl cultural street blocks and its protection princinple and makes an analysis of their advantege andproblem, what＇s more, it also illustrates how to develop the cultural orientation for the next stragety. To bespecific, that is, We must stick to the cultural sustainable development princinple, build food culturalbrand, improve service quality; according to the cultural connotation, to seperate tourism resource, createthe block theme cultural tourism track, stick to the win-win princinple of cultural value and business value.
