Recently with the development of urbanization, minor enterprises in rural areas develop veryfast. However, their legal rights haven＇t been protected because of various factors. The paper is to under-stand the current situation of legal rights assurance of the staff in minor enterprises in China rural areas, ana-lyze the causes and probe into the effective way of the assurance, in order to gurantee the harmouious andsteady development in rural areas.
