摘要
汽车后桥的主减速器承担减速增矩的作用,其产生的振动噪音是评判汽车NVH性能的重要指标之一。某CDV车型,经过测试发现其主减速器振动噪声较大,而主被齿轮在啮合过程中的振动是主减速器的振动噪声主要来源之一。轴承作为支承主动锥齿轮的关键部分,其支承刚度对主被齿轮的啮合有重要影响,因此研究出主动齿锥齿轮两轴承的跨距,改善主减速器的系统刚度,能有效降低主减速器的振动和噪音,提高汽车乘坐舒适性。
The main reducer of vehicle rear axle has function of deceleration and increasing torque. The vibration and noise of main reducer are important factors for judging vehicle NVH performance. According to a CDV car, vibration and noise of the main reducer perform poor. The reasons causing that are complex. As important part of supporting driving gear, the supporting stiffness of bearing has important influence on gears meshing. So research of span between two bearings on driving gear can improve supporting stiffness of gear and bearing system, reduce vibration and noise of the main reducer and improve riding comfort of car effectively.
