Structural Parameters Analysis of Kalsi Seal by Orthogonal Method

摘要 Kalsi密封是一种运用于高压、磨粒、冲击和振动等工况下的流体动压密封。为了分析Kalsi密封的8种结构参数和安装参数对其接触应力的影响,采用正交法设计和ANSYS有限元仿真,对密封与密封函和轴之间的接触应力值进行极差分析和F分析。结果表明:对于密封与密封函的侧边接触应力,压缩率和材料硬度为最重要的两个影响因素;对于密封与密封函的上边接触应力,压缩率、上部倒角度数、上部切槽深度和下部切槽深度为最重要的四个影响因素;对于密封与轴的下边接触应力,压缩率和下部倾斜度数是最重要的两个影响因素。 As a hydrodynamic seal, Kalsi seal is applied to the higher pressure,environmental abrasive, higher shock and vibrating conditions. For studying the influence of eight structural and installing parameters on contact stresses of Kalsi seal, the orthogonal method and ANSYS F-E simulation is used to analyze contact stress values among the seal,sealing-box and the shaft through range analysis and F analysis. The result shows that compression ratio and material hardness are two highly significant influential factors for the left side contact stress between seal and sealing- box. compression ratio,upside chamfering degree,upside grooving depth and downside grooving depth are four highly significant influential factors for the upside contact stress between seal and sealing-box, compression ratio and downside titling degree are two highly significant influential factors for the downside contact stress between seal and shaft.
