基于太阳轮轴浮动量的齿式联轴器设计

摘要 齿式联轴器的修形量取决于其所需补偿的偏转角,目前,偏转角主要根据两个固定轴的不对中度确定。然而,行星轮系的太阳轮轴与固定轴的不对中度由其浮动量决定,且运行时不断变化的,并难以准确测量,因此,连接浮动太阳轮的齿式联轴器偏转角的确定极为复杂,已成为该类联轴器设计的难点。针对该难点,文中提出了基于通过行星轮系受载理论精确分析太阳轮轴浮动量计算出偏转角、并根据几何关系确定齿向、齿顶修形量的设计原理,该原理通过实例台架试验得到了较好的验证,具有一定工程使用价值。 The modification amount of gear coupling depends on tilt angle compensating, which is recertly mainly determined by the misalignment of two fixed axes. The misalignment between sun gear and fixed axle of planetary gear train is determined by floating displacement, moreover, it is difficult to measure because it is continyously changing during operation, so the determination of tilt angle for gear coupling connected floating sun gear is so complicated that it becomes a difficult problem for designing this kind of couplings. In terms of the above problem, a design principle is proposed for calculating tilt angle by analyzing floating displacement of sun gear based on the loading theory of planetary gear train and according to the gerometrical relationship the design principlal for determining modification amount at tooth direction and addendum was presented in this paper, which was verified by bench test and has engineering application value.
