摘要
废旧产品再制造评估是再制造开展的前提。目前的产品再制造性评估中,产品失效数据收集周期长,数据样本采集困难,零部件再制造前难以对其可靠性做出评估。论文以某公司泵车结构臂现场使用数据为基础,建立了结构臂的可靠性参数模型,提取其平均剩余寿命及可靠度数据,提出了一种基于结构臂平均剩余寿命的可再制造性评估方案,结合企业设定的可靠度阈值,对结构臂可再制造性做出综合评估,为混凝土泵车臂架再制造性决策提供依据。
Remanufacturability assessment is the premise for remanufacturing of used products. In the existing assessment models, there is less research on reliability of products before remanufacturing because of long cycle of failure data collecting and difficulty of data sample gathering. In this paper, a reliability parameters model has been established based on field data of placer jib from a manufacturer of concrete pump truck. The method of remanufacturability assessment is proposed according to the mean residual life and reliability index of the placer jib of concrete pump truck. Aim to provide a reference for remanufacturing assessment of placer jib, combined with reliability threshold set by the manufacturer, we make a comprehensive evaluation of remanufaeturability for the placer jib.
