20#钢在氢气压缩系统冷凝水溶液中的腐蚀行为研究

摘要 采用光学显微镜和电化学方法,对20#钢在含氢气压缩系统冷凝水溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明,冷凝水溶液会对20#钢产生腐蚀,试样表面有腐蚀坑产生,腐蚀程度随水溶液中Cl-含量的递增而增大。为防止腐蚀,降低腐蚀的危害性,应从源头上尽可能脱除氢气中的水分和Cl-,及时清除压缩机中间冷却器中的积水。 Making use of optical microscopy and electrochemical method, the 20# steel' s corrosion behavior in the condensed water solution of hydrogen compression system was studied to show that, the condensed water solution can corrode 20# steel and incur corrosion pits on its surface, and the corrosion degree can increase with the increasing of the CI- concentration in aqueous solution; in order to prevent the corrosion and reduce its damages, both moisture and C1- in hydrogen has to be removed from the source, including the hydrops in compressor' s intercooler in time.
