摘要
从材料选择及结构型式等方面对15 000m3大型天然气球罐的设计进行了阐述。该球罐的设计压力为1.2MPa,设计温度为50℃,主体材料选用Q370R,球壳厚度取48mm,球壳采用了混合式5带16柱的支柱支撑结构型式,按照有关规范及标准进行设计。
Starting from the material selection and structure optimization, the design of 15 000m3 spherical tank for natural gas was described. The spherical tank boasts a 1.2MPa design pressure, 50℃ design tempera- ture, Q370R material for main parts and 48mm-thick shell along with a 5-band and 16-column bracing structure as the relevant specifications required.
