板式换热器内纳米流体单边流动与对角流动强化传热模拟

Numerical Simulation of Strengthened Heat Transfer in Plate Heat Exchanger with Unilateral and Diagonal Flow of Nanofluids

摘要 对纳米流体在板式换热器内单边流动和对角流动时的传热性能进行了三维数值模拟计算,得到了传热工质的温度、换热系数和流场的空间分布,分析了其压降与流速的关系。结果表明,纳米流体可以提高板式换热器的性能,其中以纳米流体作为冷流体单边流动时板式换热器的换热性能和降压效果最佳。 The heat transfer performance of nanofluids' unilateral and diagonal flow in the plate heat transfer was simulated and calculated to get heat transfer fluid' s temperature and heat transfer coefficient as well as the flow field' s spatial distribution ; analyzing the relation between fluid' s pressure drop and flow rate shows that the nanofluids can improve plate heat exchanger' s performance, especially the strengthened heat transfer effect of the plate heat exchanger with nanofluids' unilateral cold flow.
