中国特色社会主义法治体系作为全面推进依法治国的总目标,是一个复杂的有机体,体现了六个方面的有机统一,即党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一,法治道路、法治理论、法治制度的有机统一,"价值、规范、实践"的有机统一,依法治国、依法执政、依法行政的有机统一,法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的有机统一,依法治国与以德治国的有机统一。

As the overall target of the CPC＇s drive to advance rule of law,the socialist law system with Chinese characteristics is a sophisticated organic system. It shows organic unity of six aspects,which is organic unity of the leadership of the party,the people being masters of the country,rule of law; organic unity of rule of law road,theory,system; organic unity of ＂value,standard,practice＂; organic unity of rule of law,holding power by law,administration by law; organic unity of country,government,society under the rule of law; organic unity of ruling the country by law and virtues.
