随机型混流双边装配线仿真分析

摘要 在现有的确定型混流双边装配线平衡问题的基础上,考虑装配作业时间不确定性的特点,通过e M-Plant仿真软件建立了随机型混流双边装配线的仿真模型。该仿真模型对装配作业过程中可能遇到的不确定因素(工人作业时间随机变动)进行了仿真运行分析,仿真结果说明了:作业时间不确定因素对双边装配线各工位的平衡状况有重要影响。 On the basis of existing balancing problem of the mixed-model two-sided assembly line, with the uncertainty of working time, simulating model for the stochastic mixed-model two-sided assembly line was built by eM-Plant simulation software. Some uncertain factors are analyzed by this model. The result shows that the uncertainty of working time plays an important role in the balance of two-sided assembly line work-station.
