摘要
提出一种GFRP管外包GFRP筋混凝土受弯构件,并采用结构试验的方法研究GFRP外包管对GFRP筋混凝土受弯构件变形能力及承载性能的影响。试验结果表明,GFRP外包管能明显提高GFRP筋混凝土梁的极限承载能力,且较为有效地避免GFRP筋混凝土梁发生脆性破坏,但对提高GFRP筋混凝土受弯构件的变形能力的作用不明显。按我国纤维复合材料规范对该非金属混凝土结构进行承载力计算后发现,现行设计规范对于GFRP筋混凝土构件斜截面抗剪承载力的计算过于保守,导致配筋率过高。
This paper proposes flexural members of a GFRP Tube-GFRP Reinforced Concrete Beam, studying the influence on the deformation capacity and bearing capacity of GFRP reinforced concrete flexural members by the method of structure test. The results show that the loading capacity of concrete beams can be enhanced significantly and brittle failure can be avoided, but the effect on the deformation ability of flexural members of GFRP reinforced concrete is not obvious. With the comparisons of experimen- tal results and predictions from design codes of GFRP reinforced concrete structures, the current design standard for the calculation of GFRP reinforced concrete member in shear bearing capacity is too conservative, resulting in too high reinforcement ratio.
