台湾老年人长期护理服务供给体系介绍与经验启示

An Introduction to Taiwan Long-Term Care System and Experience

台湾于20世纪90年代步入老龄化社会。随着老人数量增长、慢性病和失能老人护理需求上升以及传统家庭照顾功能式微,台湾的长期护理服务快速发展。通过对台湾长期护理政策的梳理,从家庭护理、社区居家护理和机构护理三个方面,对目前台湾的长期护理服务进行介绍。台湾的长期护理服务经验可为大陆长期护理服务体系的发展和完善提供一定借鉴。

With the aging process continues to accelerate, Taiwan in the 1990s entered the aging society. Faced with the number of elderly people is growing chronic disease, disability care for the elderly and the status of rising de- mand for functional decline of the traditional family care, long term care services for the rapid development of Taiwan. Through the analysis of long-term care policy in Taiwan, three from nursing home care, community care and institu- tions to introduce Taiwan＇ s ongoing long-term care services.
