摘要 为进一步提高北京电网运行风电机组并网运行技术及管理水平,基于华北电网和北京电网的调度特点,结合北京电网风电场建设规模、年度利用小时数、现状接线输送能力分析,重点研究了风机制造技术不足给电网运行带来的问题,目前风电场功率预测和控制技术落后,北京电网全额供热机组限制了电网调峰能力及通过火电机组深度调峰接纳风电电力等系列问题,最后,针对上述问题,给出了风电并网及运行的有关技术措施及建议。这些问题的研究与探讨为北京电网的风电机组并网运行技术及管理提供新的思路。 In order to enhance the grid connection operation and management level of wind farms in Beijing Power Grid,the following information were taken into consideration:the scheduling features of the Beijing Power Grid and the North China Power Grid,the wind farm construction scale in Beijing Power Grid and the annual utilization hours and the current transmission capacity. Based on these information, this paper discussed the following problems in wind farms, including : the lack of wind turbine manufacturing technology ; the backward of wind farm power prediction and control technology ; the peaking limits of the heating plants in Beijing Power Grid ; and the wind power acceptance depth of thermal power units. The technical solutions and recommendations of the grid connection operation in the wind farm are given which provide some new ideas for the operation and management of wind farm in Beijing Power Grid.
