露石水泥混凝土路面施工工艺研究

Study on the Construction Technique of Exposed-aggregate Cement Concrete Pavement

露石水泥混凝土路面是一种新型路面,文章研究了露石水泥混凝土铺设过程中遇到的材料选择、施工工艺、刷除时间的确定、养护等关键技术问题,发现温度越高,刷除时间越早,最早与最迟刷除时间有较大的间隔。介绍了露石混凝土路面施工过程中的质量控制。

Exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement is a new road. This paper studies material selection, con- struction properties, the brushing-washing time, curing and so on, which are involved in construction of exposed-ag- gregate cement concrete pavement. It is pointed that the higher temperature the earlier brushing-washing time, and there is a bigger interval. It introduces the quality control during the construction of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement.
