废旧轮胎胶粒对混凝土早期抗裂性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验设置胶粒掺量与胶粒粒径两组变量,采用平板试件,评价橡胶混凝土成型24h后早期抗裂性能。并结合试验结果,分析胶粒掺量与粒径对混凝土早期抗裂性能的影响。试验结果表明:胶粒掺量较小时,混凝土早期抗裂性能随胶粒粒径的减小而提高,但当胶粒掺量较大时呈现先减弱后增强的趋势;胶粒粒径较大时,混凝土早期抗裂性能随胶粒掺量的提高而增强,相反,呈现先减弱后增强的趋势。 Rubberized concrete crack resistance after molding 24 hours later was evaluated with plate method and two variables including size and adding amount of rubber particles. On the basis of experimental results, influence of size and adding amount of rubber particles on the rubberized concrete crack resistance at early age was analyzed. Exper- imental results indicated that when the adding amount of rubber particles is low, concrete crack resistance at early age intends to be stronger as the particle size decreases, but the performance is to be weaker at first and then stronger when the adding amount of rubber particles is high. In addition, when the size of rubber particles is large, concrete crack resistance at early age intends to be stronger as the adding amount increases, but the performance is to be weaker at first and then stronger when the particle size is small.
