公路工程合同条款是索赔报告的依据,发包人在合同条款上有很大的可控性。通过对中西部地区的几条高速公路在建设期间,承、发包人提出的较为普遍的索赔问题,简要分析起因与合同条款的联系。项目的各参建方在重视利益及发展的同时,在合同签订和施工过程中应注意风险控制。

Highway engineering contract terms are the basis of claim report,employers have great controllability on the terms of the contract. According to the more general claim problems put forward by the employer and contractor during several expressway constructions in the central and Western Regions, this paper briefly analyzed the relationship between causes and the terms of the contract. Stakeholders should pay attention to risk control in the contract and con- struction process while taking the interests and development.
