摘要
根据煤矿无轨胶轮车的使用要求,结合工程实践经验,设计了一种三级混流式涡轮气启动马达。分析了该新型马达的结构、原理、设计参数和设计计算。在此基础上制造出样机,经实验室试验和工业性试验验证,满足设计要求,为设计更大功率的涡轮气启动马达提供了一种切实可行的方法。
According to the usage requirements of the trackless tyred vehicle for coal mine and the experience of engineering project, a pneumatic starting motor of three-grade mixed turbine has been designed. Analyzes the structure, principles, design parameters and calculation of the pneumatic turbo-starting motor. Based on the analysis, the prototype has been verified by the laboratory experiment and the industrial test. It meets the requirements of design which has been verified by experiment, and provides a feasible approach to design more powerful product.
