摘要
CAN总线数据通信技术已广泛应用在采煤机电气系统,针对使用中出现的问题提出了相对应的解决方案,主要包括电力设备干扰问题,设备选型问题,主节点通信设置问题,节点配置问题以及远距离通信问题等,为采煤机CAN总线电气系统调试及故障处理提供了技术指导。
The CAN bus data communication technology has been widely applied in the electrical system of the shearer. Aims at the problems when operates, proposes the solutions, including the interference issues of electrical equipment, the equipment type selection problem, the setting of the main node communication, the node configuration issues and the long distance communication. Provides the technical guidance for debugging and fault processing of shearer＇ s CAN bus electrical system.
