Research and Development of Mining 6 + 1 Loop Combination Switch Based on PLC

针对目前常规的矿用隔爆型组合开关在实际使用中存在的问题,采用PLC保护技术,研发了一种6+1回路组合开关,即对设备进行检测监控,并完成过载、漏电、短路、断相、风电、瓦斯闭锁等保护功能。还可以进行远距离通信,适合于具有爆炸性危险气体(甲烷)和煤尘的矿井中。重点介绍了该组合开关的电气原理与功能。该组合开关已在现场应用两年,多项指标达到了设计要求。

Aiming at the problems of normal combination switch, the PLC protection technology is used. The 6 ＋ 1 loop combination switch is being researched and developed, which inspect and monitor the equipment and complete the protection functions of overload, leakage, short circuit, phase-off, wind power and gas lockout. And also it can make long distance communication. The 6 ＋ 1 loop combination switch is suitable for the coal mine environment of hazardous explosive gas （methane） and coal dust. Focuses on the electrical principle and functions of the combination switch. This combination switch has been applied in the coal mine for two years, and the indexes meet the design requirements.
