摘要
链轮链窝是链轮设计、加工制造及检测的关键部位,直接影响链轮与圆环链啮合时的接触、传递动力和链条振动情况。借助三维激光扫描仪获取链轮的检测模型及利用反求工程专用软件,提出两种有效的检测方法。检测结果证实,链窝的各关键尺寸均符合加工要求,采用数控加工链轮的方法提高了传动效率和链轮的使用寿命。
The socket is one of the crucial places in design, manufacture and detection of a sprocket, which directly influences the meshing with the chain in terms of contact, power transfer and vibration. Proposes two detection methods based on the 3D laser scanner obtaining sprocket model for detection and special software of reverse engineering. The detection results show that the methods meet the requirement, and the numerical control machining improves the transmission efficiency and the service life of the sprocket.
