摘要 基于ARM的智能型KJD400型矿用蓄电池管理器的研究,主要是通过双芯、本质安全型、隔离、双向串行通信等关键技术,精确的充放电检测与管控,解决了普遍存在的过充电、过放电对蓄电池寿命的破坏根源。重点介绍其基本原理、蓄电池管理器的主要电路构成、微处理系统的应用、以及蓄电池管理器的硬件、软件的设计思路。该蓄电池管理器通过检测,不仅节能,而且又能延长电池组使用寿命。 Researches the intelligent KJD400 type charging admin based on ARM, solves the bad influence on the service life of storage battery which is led by over-charging or over-discharging, by which the charging or discharging test and control accurately through the key technologies, such as double cores, isolated, two-ways serial communication system. Analyzes the basic principles, the main electric circuit form, the application of the micro- process system and the design ideas of the hardware/software for storage battery admin in details. The test proves that it saves the sources of energy, more importantly, resulting in the function of prolonging the service life of battery.
