由于旧式的天挡式挡车杠无法满足在巷道顶板运行的单轨吊,设计了满足单轨吊和绞车共用斜巷运行要求的栅栏式挡车杠,运行效果良好。栅栏式挡车杠装拆方便,操作简单,安全系数较高。经现场使用检验,栅栏式挡车杠既节省材料,又方便维护。

Because the old type top-blocked bumper can not satisfy the mono-rail operated on the top roof in tunnel, so designs a fenced bumper, meeting the operational requirements for the mono-rail crane and winch transport commonly used inclined drift. Its running effect is good. And the fenced bumper is easy to assemble or disassemble, simple to operate and the safety coefficiency is safe and reliable. The field application proves that the fenced bumper not only uses less materials, but also maintains conveniently.
