摘要
矿井瓦斯在抽放过程中瓦斯抽放泵连续运转,会导致电动机产生大量的热量,若散热不及时极易烧坏电动机。利用循环水的热传导原理,将循环水进入循环水池以前先引入设计好的循环水套,利用它可迅速将瓦斯抽放泵电动机的温度降下来,既散热又实现了循环水的综合利用效果,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Due to continuous operation, the gas drainage pump motor produce a lot of heat and heat dissipation in the process of gas drainage, which is easy to cause the burning of the motor. So uses the heat transfer principle of circulation water, designs the circulation water set before the circulating water into the circulation water pool, which can lower the temperature of the motor quickly, and achieve the comprehensive purpose of circulating water and energy-saving.
