摘要
针对以传统PLC为核心的煤矿掘进机电控系统存在防护等级低、环境适应性差等问题,采用基于CANopen通信协议的工程机械专用控制器,将Inter Control控制器应用于掘进机电控系统。重点介绍该系统的CANopen网络结构、组网过程、主要功能和控制器程序的设计方法。该控制器在煤矿掘进机应用近两年,情况良好。
Considering the characteristics of working condition in the circumstance of roadheader and the low protection level and the bad environment adaptability of roadheader electronic control system that with the traditional PLC as the core, construction machinery controller based on CANopen was used to replace the traditional PLC. Focus on introducing the structure of CANopen network, networking process, main function and design method of controller program. Inter Control controXler has been successfully applied to roadheader electronic control system for two years and operated well.
