摘要
造船用球扁钢45Mn17Al3是特殊型钢的一种,由扁平的腹板和球状的球头构成,是不对称型钢,具有低磁性、耐磨性、加工硬化倾向大、受热膨胀系数大、电阻率大以及热导率低等物理特性。挤压厂首次开发试制,通过研究挤压工艺,达到保证产品形状并符合产品尺寸的要求,为生产类似型材极限规格的产品开发提供重要的技术借鉴。
Bulb steel 45Mn17Al3 for shipbuilding is one of the special profile steel, which is comprised of the flat web plate and bulbous bulb. It is of asymmetry form and has many physical characteristics, such as low magnetism, wear resistance, prone to work hardening capacity, high thermal expansion coefficient, high resistivity and low thermal conductivity. It is the first time for Extrusion Factory to develop this steel. Through research on the extruding process, the product shape and sizes can meet the relevant requirements, which provided an important technology guidance for development of shape steel with similar limit specifications.
