高品质电渣重熔H13钢的组织与力学性能研究

摘要 以国产H13和进口H13钢(瑞典牌号8407)为研究对象,按照北美压铸协会编写的《压力铸造模具用高级H13钢的验收标准》NADCA#207-2003,从成分、非金属夹杂物、退火显微组织以及冲击性能等方面对两种材料进行了对比分析。结果表明,在相同的锻造及热处理工艺条件下,8407钢的显微组织及冲击性能总体上优于国产H13钢。 By taking H13 steel produced domestically and imported H13 steel (Sweden grade 8407) as the research objects, the comparative analysis was implemented of the two materials from different aspects such as chemical composition, non-metallic inclusion, annealed microstructure and impact property according to The Acceptance Criteria of Premium Quality H13 Steel for Pressure Casting Dies compiled by NADCA. The results showed that the microstructure and impact property of 8407 were superior to those of H13 steel domestically produced under the same condition of forging process and heat treatment processes.
